Founded in 1946 by Roger Lemiale, a land surveyor and man of conviction, the RG LEMIALE Agency is a recognized leader in the real estate sector in Maisons-Laffitte and the surrounding area. A Knight of the Legion of Honor and Officer of the National Order of Merit, Roger Lemiale has made his mark on the profession nationally through his commitment, notably as President of the FNAIM (French National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts) for ten years.

A key player in regulating the profession, he contributed to the development of the Hoguet Law (1972) and the creation of the FNAIM Guarantee Fund, strengthening client protection and the sector's credibility. Upon his death, his wife, Marie-Dominique Lemiale, who had worked alongside him for over 40 years, took over the management of the agency with the same rigor and commitment to quality. Today, his son, Renaud Lemiale, and his daughter-in-law, Siham Lemiale, continue this family tradition together, placing customer satisfaction, integrity, and excellent service at the heart of every project.
